Vanessa King, HHP, CN, MT, BA Visual Arts
Hello from New York! I've been an HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner) for over 30 years. After studying languages and writing at Franklin University in Switzerland and The University of Arizona, I moved to San Diego in 1990 to study fitness, nutrition, and bodywork at ISOHA, NHI, and Mueller.
I was a trainer and CNA for six years while focusing my practice on preventative and restorative bodywork so I know how valuable strength is but also how tough it is to move beyond injury and trauma to heal. I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, Massage Therapist, Yoga & Somatic Movement Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Chinese Cranial & Meridian Therapist so I value genuine, effective and balanced holistic healing methods for improving mind and body health.
I recently finished a degree in Visual Arts concentrating on art therapy, to help clients heal creatively as well. My hope is that Sean and I can provide easy to use, effective holistic advice so you don't have to sift through complex and often questionable health advice to improve your mood. Let's have a wonderful happy 2024!

Sean Seymour-Cole, DPT, MSc, Physiotherapist
Hello from London! I was a professional tennis player and international tennis coach in the 1980's and 1990's. I then re-trained as a Physiotherapist in the US and UK in the early 2000's. With over 25 years experience in a sport from amateur all the way up to the elite level, and 17 more years in a variety of physiotherapy settings, I have had the opportunity to work with athletes and non athletes around the world who are trying to improve their fitness and health.
Many have been focused on competing at a higher level (myself included), many on challenging and bettering themselves, and the majority over the last twenty years, trying to recover from an injury or limitation to their movement... and the emotions that are part of the healing process.
Throughout both my careers it has been a privilege to work with a variety of individuals, groups and teams, and a pleasure to see people striving to learn and working towards their goal. The small, gradual gains and moments of learning are what motivate me to keep on helping where I can. I hope to be of help here with providing useful, balanced suggestions on improving your health and mood no matter what stage of healing you are in or what kind of day you're having! Hope you are having a lovely start to your year,

Sean
