REFUND & PRIVACY POLICIES

REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:  

HEALING MOOD will replace any digital product with a new one if the document is damaged upon receipt and unable to be opened. We do not refund for user error in opening documents or if a buyer does not have the means to open a PDF but will happily help you open the document if you were unable to do so following our directions. We do not refund if a buyer has corrupted or damaged the file but we will happily replace any with a new one. We do not refund digital products for any other reason than a technically unusable file. 

 

SERVICES:  

For any services e.g. meditations, consultations, workshops, we will refund your purchase if we are unable to fulfill the service due to circumstances on our end. Any service purchase is valid for a year from the purchase date unless it is bought on a sale or dated due to a live workshop or event. We understand life happens and if you need to reschedule a service please cancel 24 hours prior to the service time. We will reschedule any service that has been cancelled 24 hours prior.

SHOP PRODUCTS:

HEALING MOOD uses Printful for fullfilment of all printed and shipped products. We follow their refund policy for all items fullfilled through them.

REFUNDS: 

We happily refund any products that are not received due to a shipping or fulfillment error by Printful, or are damaged or defective upon receipt. Any items that are defective, damaged, misprinted will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us immediately with issues and before returning products so we can refund you right away or order a replacement product and submit a claim to Printful.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse but we want you to be happy and if there is something wrong with the product e.g size or color is far off what was expected, we will work with you to get a replacement of the product as soon as possible.

RETURNS:

When returning products please note the return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, we are unable to refund you so please ensure you use the address provided. 

​

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, 
therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

This website and blog are hosted on Wix.com, and our privacy policy regarding computer cookies is governed by the Wix.com privacy policy. We collect email, address, and phone information from visitors for product purchases and to communicate with my visitors if they have directly provided information through my order, contact, or subscription forms. We do not share any visitor information with any other entity except to fulfill product orders and we do not sell or use anyone's information for advertising purposes.  â€‹â€‹
